Other than raising a family on their family farm, photography has been Jacqui’s work and craft. Jacqui’s work is an extension to her everyday life, not an addition to it. She is a country girl in every aspect and is a fierce advocate for our agricultural industry and those who work in it, our incredible country and our way of life.
Jacqui’s blog is full of diggers, farmers, horses and families, because they are what she believes in. This is not to say that Jacqui doesn’t stray abroad when she can. She is unashamedly hooked on experiencing other cultures and capturing their way of life – but she’ll always return home, to where she belongs.
Jacqui has never been a wordsmith and she really struggles to find words to describe herself – actually preferring her images to speak for her. She tells stories through her lens: Images allow us to re-live moments in our lives and preserving them for future generations, as tangible evidence of how we lived and how we loved.
Jacqui doesn’t take snapshots, she records life – in it’s entirety. Every image tells a story and we invite you to experience them. We would be honoured to help you, tell yours.
